We cook with the sun
...yes, that’s true! To cook our dishes, we use “homemade” solar energy. You can taste the homemade dishes made of local products in every bite. The freshly prepared Mediterranean-alpine delicacies are cooked with passion and make your soul happy. Our dinner begins with an amuse-bouche and a salad buffet followed by a starter and main dish of one’s own choice. And the best comes at the end: a dessert buffet! And if you are still hungry, you can taste our regional cheese.
Good food requires the right wine pairing. We are very happy to help you choose a suitable wine.
Guests with food intolerances are welcome: if you inform us about your intolerance by the time, we will do our best to prepare good alternatives for you. Unfortunately, we cannot help you, if you suffer from a food allergy- in that case, we would need a second kitchen.
